Commercial Photography
Photographers wishing to engage in Commercial Photography at Sweet Arrow Lake County Park must obtain a Commercial Use License from the park office (commercial photography is considered any photography in which the photographer or photographers receive payment for their services). This includes but is not limited to model/client, promotional, and business photo shoots.
There is a $100 fee associated with this license, and proof of insurance is required to obtain a Commercial Photography Permit. If approved, the permit is valid for the current calendar year only. If you have any questions, please contact the park manager at 570-527-2505.
**Photographers exempt from the Commercial Photography Permit include members of the Media and any photographer hired to photograph a paid private event utilizing park facilities.
